T. Clear's innovative process of bonding latex-modified concrete to the surface of extruded polystyrene insulation provides superior protection and ballast, plus an attractive, walkable surface.

The T. Clear Protected Membrane Roof System consists of extruded polystyrene insulation and ballast, which is placed above the waterproof membrane, protecting it from the harsh environment. The superior moisture resistance and high compressive strength properties of extruded polystyrene foam are utilized in LIGHTGUARD® and HEAVYGUARD® PMR Insulation panels.
